We wish we wouldn’t have to have any Change and Cancellation Policies, but unfortunatelly we have to regulate the relation between you as a customer and us as a Tour Shop. We have decided to do it as fair as posible for both sides and also give you the chance to protect yourself for a small fee in order to avoid any inconveniencies. The change and cancellations charges without the insurance exist only to cover our expenses and we do not make any money on it. We will always try to be on your side and help you out.

Rates listed are valid at the time of inquiry. They are subject to change and will only be honored as shown on the website if the service requested is confirmed by means of charge to your credit card and a Tour Voucher from us with a confirmation number. By making a reservation you give us your authorization to run the corresponding charge on the PayPal account you provided and by doing so you declare to have full knowledge of our Terms and Conditions. No confirmation, nor Tour Voucher can be issued until full payment for the reqested service has been received. Please note that this verification and confirmation process can take up to 24 hours. All reservations are subject to availability at the moment of your request. In very rare occasions some Tours may sell out before your reservation is fully processed. In such an event, you will be offered options of rescheduling the Tour you have selected or receive a full refund of paid amount.

If you have picked a Tour with an outstanding Balance, please make sure you pay this balance in the currency that is mentioned on the Voucher in CASH. Payment with Credit Cards are not possible. In order to guarantee a smooth organization of the Tour we kindly ask you to pay the right amount, Tour guides do not have change. Thank you.

If you have picked a Tour where you have to pay a Port Fee or any kind of additional Taxes, please pay the extra in the currency mentioned on the Voucher in CASH. Payment with Credit Cards are not posible.

After finishing the whole Reservation and Payment process, you will receive an instant e-mail with requested Tours. Within 24 hours we will send you the final confirmation and Tour Vouchers. Please review the Tour Voucher if everything is like you have requested. If so, print out each Tour Voucher and hand it over to the Tour Guide or at the Main Cashier of the Park, unless you have choosen the “Electronic Voucher”. In this case have a copy of the Tour Voucher on a electronic device and show it to the Tour Guide or at the Main Cashier of the Park together with an Identification that matches the name on the Tour Voucher. If you do not follow above instructions you might not be accepted or only with a delay.

We understand that your travel plans may change. We try our best to assist you during this process. In case of any changes we need to receive your request by email or by Whatsapp / Text. Make sure to include your name and confirmation number in your change request. Unfortunatelly we cannot receive changes by phone. Every change to your reservation is subject to a USD 10.00 fee, unless you have signed up for our “No change Fees” Insurance. No change Fees Insurance: With this Insurance we do not charge you anything in case you want to change your reservation. The cost is USD 5.00 per Reservation and is only charged one time and covers all Tours you have made with the Reservation. In case of bad weather we will inform you before and give you the option of changing your Reservation for free.

If you signed up for our “No worries Insurance”, you will get full refund for cancelling the Tour in written before Tour date. Please understand not showing up and not informing us cannot be covered in this insurance, nevertheless we will try our best to assist you.
